I went window-shopping this weekend with my husband and it seems that anywhere we go, I would see someone wearing boots here. If I were back in Minneapolis like 3 years ago, I wouldn’t be so surprised. But here in Manila, where the sun is scorching hot and I’m used to seeing ladies in their very comfortable flip-flops or baby doll shoes or sporty sneakers. But boots? Now some might confuse stainless steel versus sterling silver. I myself once thought these are just the same. Well, apparently, it is not. Stainless silver is a steel alloy made up of low percentage of chromium. Sterling silver on the other hand, is alloyed with other metals to make it stronger. sterling is softer than stainless steel so it’s more prone to dents or scratches. Stainless steel is also much more similar to white gold than sterling.
